Contact PageOnce your booking is confirmed, we will send an invoice with payment details. You can pay by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or (for some events) cash on the day. Payment is due before the event unless otherwise agreed.
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, we may offer a credit for a future workshop or transfer your booking to another person. See our Terms of Use for details.
Yes. We offer group discounts for bookings of 5 or more people, and reduced rates for students, seniors, and unwaged participants. Please mention your eligibility in your enquiry.
